I ran into this company "The Truck Shop" this weekend at the Carlisle Pa swap meet and truck show.
They are out of Orange, California
Prices seem pretty good. Has anybody dealt with them and know if the parts are of good quality. They have grills at a real good price.

I've used them because like you said their good prices and they have orders over $250 ship free and being in OH thats a nice money saver. They took a little longer to get here then i wanted, but it was the worth the savings. I mostly got brake lines, parking brake assembly cab and radiator mounting kits and other odds and ends. All parts have seemed to be of good quality and i did get all the parts together in one large box.
I'm sure if i need another set of parts over $250 ill order from them

I live down the street from them and Brothers trucks. Truck Shop is where I buy all of my new parts for my 72's. Zero complaints here.

I just bought stuff from them this weekend in reno and it seems fine and zero problems. Also the guys running the trailer were very helpful..

FYI to everyone, their free shipping doesn't cover freight, overweight, oversize, etc. items.

I am finishing a resto job on a '66 Burb and 90% of my parts were bought from them and I was satisfied with the parts and service. They offer some hard to find pieces for Burbs.

I've tossed a few franklin's their way for some parts over the years and with the exception of a bum window regulator (which they promptly replaced) I've been satisfied with the quality and pricing.

My folks live near them and I've purchased a lot of parts from them, real good prices and good service. I believe they have a 10% off everything sale once a year with free IN-N-Out burgers that day, too. Ask em when it is, I can't remember anymore.

They are the marketing end of Counterpart.They also sell sheet metal from Tri-Plus (marked Counterpart),which board vendors sell.They wholesale and undercut their customers at shows.

They've gotten a lot of money from me too. Been happy with most of the stuff, disappointed in some... Like the 67/68 grill hoops I bought were great... the headlight bezels... sucked. I need to replace them already (slightly my fault too, but still "cheap".) I only buy stuff I can see now a days and they come to charlotte twice a year too, so if I'm not happy with the "weight" or quality of a part, I pass on it.

This is one of the few shops that don't scoff at burb owners needs, and tend to carry burb stuff on hand all the time. If they don't have it, they don't talk to you like you are a guy lookin for a pot o' gold either.

The only place I drive regularly to with out calling ahead to see if they have a part I need, since their catalog is a true catalog of parts on hand and not a friggin wish book. (Can you tell I am bitter?)

Probably one of my favorite vendors...

X 2. They have a huge warehouse and always have the part in stock allowing you to examine it. Say 5 out of 10 repop pieces are junk... you get to choose. I bought an A/C center vent from them. The one they brought out had scratches. I had them bring out three more, and picked the one that was perfect. They also sell upper/lower trim clips individually as well as "kits". You will inevitably end up with one or two that fail in a kit, and I was able to demonstrate this to the counter guy. He threw in a few extra at no charge.

I use them regularly and find thier prices good and shipping very fair. Have had a few repop parts that were subpar but that is the exception.

I have bought a couple grand worth of parts from them. I loved everything that I bought from them with the exception of a set of doors and a tailgate. It seems to me that the more complex the sheetmetal, the worse the fit.

The funny thing is that their repop stuff is superior to OEM/NOS...at least looks-wise. I have been building a large collection of NOS parts and the quality of their small REPOP stuff looks great.

I stopped buying from them for two reasons, Their parts are ok and all except my side marker lights within six months of installation all the chrome pieces have fallen off and they told me tough luck and then I called one day to check on a few things and asked how late they would be open, the person on the phone said 5:00 pm. Showed up at 4:15 and the doors were locked but all the people were in their and would not answer the door or the phone. I was pretty pissed because it was out of my way to drive over there and was there before they closed by 45 minutes. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me why they closed early. SO I will just take my business elsewhere.

The absolute best catalog I've seen for our trucks. Download the pdf and check it out. Great pics of everything in the catalog. It's a good education on the parts. VERY Complete. Worth looking at even if you like buying elsewhere.
