1960-62 rear end q, gears work in early 60's car?

I've got a 1962 Pickup, with 4.11's in it, it has the hotchkiss type removable third member rear end with pressed on axle bearings.

Is this third member the same one they used in chevy cars from 1955 to 1964 with the same removeable third member.

richmond sells gears for the 55 to 64 car, they are a 8.2 inch ring gear. anyone know infomation on the truck specs?

thanks,

Brendan Patten
