Any board members in Denver?

I started a post earlier tonight about picking up a burb in Denver. The only problem is that I'm in KC. I was wondering if any board member in the Denver area would have time to go check this burb out for me?
I'm not exactly sure where it's at. I can find the address. If any can help out, please pm for the details.
Thanks for your consideration,
Joe
