Both are two piece rear seal. The tdg was a 4 speed and it still has the flywheel and the hn was a auto.I have not pulled the oil pans of to verify if they are 4 bolt mains. 4 bolt mains are if you are planning on turning 8,000 rpm and spraying it with nos in a 3500 pound vehicle.
I had a 2 bolt main 400 smblk in a 84 c20 4x4 that i would turn 7,000 when pulling a sled at truck pulls and never had any trouble and yes it was my daily driver also.

Well if I got a 350 engine my plans would be to stroke that bad boy. And naturally I would want to have the strongest bottom end as possible. Let me know when you are coming this way again so I can buy this 4-bolt main engine from you.

Thank you sir,

Scott.
