WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

I need a dash bezel for a '67 or '68. Must have guages and a choke hole (hence needing one for '67 or '68). I don't really want to buy a whole instrument panel, just the bezel. If you have one please provide a picture and how much you want for it with shipping to 57201. Thanks.

Just so you know, the later model bezels have the provision on the back to add another hole. All you have to do is drill it out. Check out the back of a newer model one. You'll see what I mean.

Yep, I know exactly what you are talking about. I am trying to get away from drilling my original, though. I'm switching my '71 over to a manual choke but I would like to hold on to the original bezel in case I ever switch it back.

I may have one with gauges. I'll check and post a pic if I do.

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

you know that it moves the wipers over to the left side correct?

How nice are you looking for? I have some rough one's that you can have for cheap.

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

Yep, I know it relocates the wiper switch. I'm not looking for anything fancy, the truck is just a driver. As long as the bezel isn't missing any chunks I would be happy. Cracks are fine, they can be fixed pretty easy.

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

Bear, I'm pretty sure I still have the one out of my truck. If I remember correctly, its in excellent condition, but it only has speedometer and a fuel gauge. If that's what you're looking for, I'll see if I can dig it up and get you some pictures. Thanks, John

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

you just want the face of it right? The bezel and not a full cluster?

Yes, I am looking for just the bezel. I don't need the full cluster, but I would be willing to purchase the whole cluster if I have to.

Let me check my basement tonight, I have a few but one is from a c-60 so the column arch isn't fully cut out...

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

"67"StepSide: While that is a dang nice panel, it won't work for me, unfortunately. I need the one that has the gauges instead. As for the lingo, if you were referring to the "bump" comment.... bumping just means taking the post to the top of the list.

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

Here is what I have lying around. The silver one was cleaned and spray painted, one is from a c-60 truck (notice the arch in the column area). None have cracks that I noticed...

Cost is a whopping FREE if you want one. Just cover shipping ($10?)

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

Sure, make it hard on me I know I want either the one on top left with the wiper hole on the left, or the silver one, since I wouldn't need to relocate the wiper switch that way.... Hmmmm..... Let me think overnight and I'll let you know which one I'll take in the morning.

Re: WTB - 67-68 Dash Bezel

no problem... moving that wiper switch over might not be that easy... lot of wrapping on the wiring harness...
