Would you mind taking some more pictures of your cart from some other views. I have been trying to come up with a better cart than I currently have and I think your idea is slick!

What size steel is that that you used to make your seat brackets. I just picked up a set of those seats myself. I didn't get the center section though. I have to come up with some sort of console or something.

Also, I was very sad to hear about your father. I know I haven't commented a lot during your build but I've been watching almost from the begining. Keep your head up and keep up the good work.

That is a good thought, then I realized I couldn't wheel the torches out in the gravel even with bigger wheels. I could put lawn mower tires on it.

Do you want the tubing diameter or wall thickness? I'll have to check on both measurements.

Thanks for the thoughts, I just got back from getting some things out of his shop. It doesn't even look like I did anything. It was really hard Monday when I went there. I didn't want to start working cause I kept thinking he would be right back.

Put pneumatic tires on it like ones that are on a hand truck. Seriously there's a lot of weight on it. Plus you can roll it over the gravel.

Maybe when I do version 3.0 it might get that upgrade.

Sometimes you just need to get your mind away from everything. I have been pretty run down at work due to everything I need to get done. We all got together today and went for lunch and played pool the rest of the day (It was a thank you for working through the past 3 weekends). When I got home I felt so much better and spent the rest of the daylight clearing out some trees I had cut down. Then I went and set the patio blocks in the front yard we bought last weekend.

Take the wife and kids to miniature golf, bowling, etc. Whatever you guys would consider fun. It will give everyones mind a chance to relax and get to a more level place again.

I am the worst one for taking time for myself. I almost stayed at work while the rest of the team went out, just so I could get some things done. Now I am glad I got away from it for a few hours. Tomorrow I will be back at, but with a clearer mind.

I took a bedside to work today. I've got all the seams welded and smoothed. Starting to fill the stake pockets etc.

Cleaned all of the primer out of the seams.

Tack welded

My second pass

Final pass

Ground smooth

Stack pockets notice the pull pin. it makes a great handle.

Smooth this area

Rolled the lip for more tire clearance
