heads
im startin to save up some money for some heads im thinkin about gettin some edelbrock estreet, or should i get something else any opinions

Lots and lots of options out there. Honestly, there are two heads I would use. For a non all out motor, use the factory Vortec heads. I'd think you could find a clean set for pretty cheap. If you're doing a serious buildup, no reason not to use AFR.

I used the edelbrock performer rpm heads for 3 years now and no problems.

(buy them from Jegs, Summit, or SDPC--don't buy them from a wrecking yard and have them redone, it will cost you more) Other than Vortecs, use Performer RPM, Trick Flow or AFR.
