I used to be able to hold a bunch of messages, then it went less and less and less. Now I 'm getting e-mails that they are full and there is only 3 in there. What is wrong.

check your message tracking and sent messages, they count against you too

actually what you need to do is click on the tab near the middle that "show messages from" and change it to "the beginning". That will show all the messages that are filling your box up. I bet you'll be surprised how may there are filling the mailboxes up. Do the same with the sent and tracking files.
