Need LH fuel fill HOSE for a 79-87 stepside bed - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

My buddy hot trux needs a new fuel fill hose for his '85 stepside project.
His original fill hose is old and dry rotted.
I know the fill necks on the stepside beds are different than the fleetside beds,... and I believe the rubber fill hose is unique to the stepside bed also.

Any board vendors that can help us out?
Is this a GM item?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yo! LMC has only fleetside filler neck hoses, but G2673 from Classic Industries is for '82-'86 stepside. They differentiate between 1/2t, 1t, and LH, RH, but all the same part number.

left side? right side? which side? And if you can pm me the FULL V.I.N. # it'll help to identify which hose is which from the fleet side models and the step side models for me to make sure I get you the proper part number and see if it's still availible from GM or not.

The VIN # won't help since it was originally a fleetside bed truck.
I need the LH (drivers side) fill hose.
The stepside bed came from an '83 stepside.

Yo! Classic Industries specifies '82-'86 1 ton main/aux, '82-'84 3/4 ton, or 1/2 ton '82-'86 main,...
Perhaps BLE 'BURBAN can get this for you,...call C.I. if not, to be sure you can get the right part,...or, like I have done many times, buy the part and see if it'll fit or you can make it suffice, or send it back.

Shows to have both hoses in stock for a step side.
Part numbers are 14041211 and 14041212.
Unfortunatly it doesn't say which side is which. But they do fit from '82-'86 model stepsides.

scoggin-dicky has the 14041212 for $42. They dont show the other number. I ran into the same issue and ended up buying universal fuel fill hose by Goodyear from summit, $75 shipped. Kinda high but ohwell.
