No, you can keep the bed. i don't think it will go with the Ram Air II hood anyway.

I'm also curious about the Dynamat. I know that I can go cheaper routes but that is the best stuff out there, or so I hear.
How much did you use to cover all that space? Did you also Dynamat behind the gas tank? Just trying to get an idea of how much I will need to get. Thanks

www.thezeb.com is the best place to get dynamat. You can get the extreme door kit for about 45.00 bucks. Three kits will do the floor ceiling and doors. You may need another to do behind the gas tank. This stuff works magic.

i dynamatted my firewall, floor, back cab and inside the doors. I probably spent 400-500 bucks. I should have bought 2 of the large kits of the 40 sq. foot kits, would have been easier and cheaper.

70cst10_05 and GreenMystChevy - I paid about $18 per sheet for the dynamat. It took 15 sheets to do the firewall, floor, back panel and door panels.
Roberty - I had the frame, trailing arms, upper and lower control arms, cross members and sway bar blasted and powdercoated for $500.00. There is a place south of Atlanta that does it.

Fired up the 502 Today
All I can say is WOW!. It still needs some adjustment but otherwise that was the most fun I have had in long time hearing it come to life. This thing thumps!
