Hurray made it to car craft.
Didn't know if I should post this here but I am exicted. My truck is in the December issue of Car Craft in the "whats your problem" section.
I think it is cool anyway.

Re: Hurray made it to car craft.
Really was no problem, just an update to the editor on what my ls engine ran and wanted to use it in the tech section.

Re: Hurray made it to car craft.
i belive i just read that article, mabey. i have been a subscriber of theres for over 2 years . was the article about how easy ls motors are to make power with? if so u had like a 6.0 liter ls motor that made x amount of hp run high 11's, then swapped to a 6.2 made more power and run low 11's? just got the scrip yesterday and took it to work this morning to look up the companies on a another GREAT article about parts on the cheap from unsuspecting places like hobby aircraft suppliers for real cheap AN- fittings and the outlandish markup of fasteners @ our local automotive suppliers. BOTH ARE MUST READ ARTICLES IF THATS THE CORRECT ISSUE!

Re: Hurray made it to car craft.
I read your letter and wondered if it was anyone on this forum. I also read the article in '07 about LQ4. I have that motor in my work van.
As a matter of fact, your letter is what brought me back to this forum. I have been lurking for awhile now. One day I will have an old chevy truck. Nice truck, BTW |

Re: Hurray made it to car craft.
Well that's cool for you!! You know how many times I have sent them crap though?
I sent them a ton of pics of my Camaro, what I was planing to do with it, then 1 year later gess what. They have a turbo, 2nd gen F-bod called the F-bomb that is being set up for things like the Silver State Classic (cough couh, hmm, wonder who else is building that). I have also sent them numerous pics and info on the truck. Even went as far as offering to help co-write an article for a LS cam shootout using my motor and some free dyno time I had coming. I had 5-6 cams in mind. Never heard back from them. What did they do last month or the month before? My exact idea but a few cams short.. Oh well, I stll buy the mag, but hell if I'm sending anything in there again. Again, glad your truck made it in.
