I just told the wife, 4 kids (1 lives with me) and 7 grandkids (2 live with me)we're shutting off the electricity to the house and if that doesn't get me enough money to restore my truck, we're getting rid of 1 of them a month until it is. They get to pick who goes first. I'm not about to loose weight cause I've spent too much money on getting fat. We'll see where that gets us. I know all that makes me sound old but I'm ONLY 43.

BTW, I'm also in the market for a sugar daddy for my wife and one of my daughters.

they picked a nice place for the tank and compressor might use that idea when im back on track and have a chance to work on my own truck

x2..... Put the old front skinnies on, get some 8" rears, turn the white-walls in, & pop the hubcaps over the lugs. Everything about that truck says 'old school is still cool' except for the 'new' wheels.

That's the way it is when you have these trucks this low, and "air'd out".
The addition of the lowering blocks adds to this effect.
This is why some people move the trailing arm crossmember back 1", or add spacers to the trailing arm mounting bracket .

Steelies and hubcaps all the way!!!!! Love the other wheels too but everyone has that type of set-up. The steelies will definately turn heads.

The effect of control arms at drop. The axle moves forward as the vehicle drops. Kinda hard to explain, but it's due to the kink in the trailing arms. If they were straight the wheels would move back at drop. The kink is just a happy medium I suppose.
