Got the claim filed with Fedex today and will be refunding willbilly via paypal as soon as I have confirmation FedEx has picked up the grill.

refunded willbilly today via paypal (still in process). Found out today the inner grille I sold on ebay also got damaged (broken) by FedEx. Here's hoping they stand by the additional insurance I purchased
