Is this the a/c diverter box?

I understand the flap can break in this box and not divert your heat correctly.
I am trying to figure out where it is located.

It is a little hard to tell from your picture. The diverter box is the second box from the right. Here is a pic of the inside components. In the pic the diverter box is on the floor with the cable going to it and it has a switch on top.

I was successfull epoxying mine. It has been working for a couple of months now. I bought another used one for just in case, it was broken also
