91 Burb A/C: Do I have 2 systems?

I have the rear A/C in my 91 burb....do I have 2 systems?...how does this work?

No you don't have 2 seperate systems. The rear system works off the front syste. If you want the rear A/C to work you need to have the A/C on in the front. Otherwise if you just run the rear A/C with the front system off you will just blow the air in the back around.
