This is the passenger side pinch weld..it's at 10½", the drivers side is at 11" though...

Here's the front drivers side fender. 30½" (That's a 28" tall tire)

Did you take the same measurements with the truck sitting in the same place before you lowered it.??

If so what are the differences in the measurements.??

I think with spindles the truck should have gone down evenly

But... with drop springs there could be a difference.

Same with the flip kit it should go down evenly,

Logically speaking.

But... we are dealing with Trucks and not swiss watches,
or micro chips.

So go out and burn some rubber off the tires and have some fun
everything will even out in the end.
Don't worry be happy you got a truck some guys are still dreaming of owning one.

How much gas did you have in the truck? Half inch doesn't sound that bad to me, but it does look like your back is a hair lower than the front, might just be the angle the picture was taken. But from what I've read with 28 year old leafs tha's not bad. I've read that you can rebuild them. I like it. Good Job Tim, keep the pics coming for those of us still searching for that right truck. The more I see the 73-80 trucks the more I want to go buy the one up the street.

It actually is. That's why I'm going with a 1" drop spring in the front. Actually, that 1/2" of difference was there before...so it's all good..
