New guy

I've been really into these trucks for a while, but finally got this one a few months back. A lot has already been done by the previous owner. He did a great job and put a lot of time and love into it. I've got a lot of plans, but will mostly keep it looking fairly original.
I've been lurking this forum for a while and figured I'd say hello.

Re: New guy

Welcome to the board from Texas. You are from my wife's old stomping grounds. Your truck is the evil chevy twin of mine! Well except your paint isn't faded. Great looking truck!

Re: New guy

Very nice pickup - looks like they were taken a couple of months ago. Hopefully the weather's not too bad yet so you can still drive it out there.

Yeah, those pics were taken just after I got the truck this summer. There aren't any leaves on the trees and it's much more gray these days. I put the truck away for the winter a few days ago, but I've got a guy coming out to take a look at my garage to give me some estimates on an additional stall. Right now my garage is only big enough for my car and bikes. Hopefully I can afford it. If not, I may just add a covered carport. We'll see... *fingers crossed*.

Sharp ride! That's how mine used to look, except the blue continued into the middle.

Welcome
