67-68 Buckets

I just bought a set of 68 buckets from a board member and I have a question. There is no way to adjust these seats forward or backward. They mount in a fixed position. Is this correct?

seat adjustments

Drivers should have tracks, passenger fixed to overall frame if I remember right. Just set them aside and I'll pickem up one of these months!! I'm still waiting to find my set...

TWO SETS

Yup, only the driver's side slides. I am down to two sets for sale. I am saving one set for my little Hot Six project. Although the interior is done in a bench, I got tired of seeing all my customers getting those seats from me and really looking sharp when finished! I want a set, too!

Well, both sides are fixed on this set. I guess I will be looking for a needle in a haystack to try and find the missing sliders. How about it? Anybody have any sliders?

You would probably be better off adapting a set of sliders off a later model set of buckets. It probably would be like looking for a needle in a haystack to try and find the missing sliders.

Look for sliders on the White Castle post

We don't have sliders here in the NW-it's a midwest thing, thank God!

Thanks BLAZERMAN, that is very helpful. I am wondering if I can cut up a set of standard bench sliders and make them work.

I have a set of sliders. I took them off my 67 set because I didn't have enough head room with them installed. PM me and tell me how much you want to pay. You will have to pay shipping from Alberta also.
