wheel/tire help

Hey guys,
hoping this is in the right section

I have a '70 C20 (spring front leaf rear) which I have swapped 5 lug '73-'87 A-arms and spindles, and rear end into so it is now a 5 on 5 bolt pattern.

I am stuck on what wheel I want to run on it but have my eyes on some 15x10 rally wheels. When the truck is done I am thinking I want a 3/6 drop in it to bring the whole thing together.

Will the 10" wide rally fit on the front without issues? or do I need to stagger it with a 15x8 on the front. I would rather do the homework and get these answers now rather than when the truck needs wheels to be finished. I used the search but never really seen an answer I was looking for. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Re: wheel/tire help

My 68 C-10 has 235 70 15 tires on the front on 7 inch wheels and 255 70 15 tires on the back with 8 inch rims. I like the 70 series tires because they fill in the wheelwells better.

Re: wheel/tire help

10" is pretty wide for the front depending somewhat on your offset. You would probably be better off going 7 or 8" on the front and 10" on the rear. JMHO.

Re: wheel/tire help

No help on the rims but just so you know a 3/6 drop will sit about a inch and half lower in the back than the front
