That truck was at an auction that I went to this summer and I was going to buy it if it went cheap. It sold for $710 which was still ok because it did have some rare options like tilt and the factory DR option (I assumed that was for dual rear tires). I was only going to go as high as $250. I assumed the the rear end was locked up to because one of the axles was pulled out of the rear end.

DR is in fact dual rear wheels, but is in no way a rare option.
While the rear end may be locked up, they probably pulled it out for towing reasons... its a whole lot easier to pull the shaft than to drop the driveshaft.
