65 Chevy engine swap

Hi Guys. How much trouble is it to install a 350 into a 65 Chevy truck that originally had a inline 6? Are the engine frame mounts different? How about auto trans bolt up? Any help would be great.

Depends on if you are transplanting the trans with the motor.

Had not planned on swapping the auto trans yet, but will if I need to. What's the difference?

You might consider changing the radiator for a larger capacity.
