advance curve kit for skip hei

What is a good kit for a skip white hei, and anyone one know a good spring combo for these, I would like to get 38 all in by 3000, Im gonna try and borrow a light with an advance feature on it but I was looking for a good starting point on spring size and advance can setting

The curve kits come with a chart that shows you the advance @ RPM. AFAIK They are all pretty much the same from brand to brand.

Use the same weights and try the 2 light springs if to much try one light and one medium and work your way up.
