defroster duct?

how does the defroster duct mount ? The part that I am talking about is the duct that goes under the dash , it directs air to the windshield. I have the part but do not know how it mounts

Re: defroster duct?

Are you talking about the flex hose?
If so, I beleive it just slides on. LMC dosen't show any type of clamp. here's their link to it.

Re: defroster duct?

There is a hole on each side of the slits where the defroster comes out of the dash they are vary hard to see if the windshield is in place. The weather stripping almost blocks the holes. If my memory serves me correctly you should be able to attach them from above using sheet mettle screws.
