its probably not a good idea to put 3 points on a low back seat because if ur in an accident you'll break ur collar bone.

I'd like to put the newer Chevy pickup seats in my Blazer that have the built in 3 point seat belts, that way you still have the three point seat belt when the tops off.

I put high backs in my blazer.I was in an accident last april.We were rear ended a traffic light.My head hit the back of the seat hard enough that my hat landed against the back doors of my van.The back of my head was sore for a while.Hate to think how sore my neck would have been without highbacks.

What does high back seat have to do with breaking your collar bone... Seems to me that a 3 point is safer than a lap belt, even with original bench seat. IMO
