Door screws needed
I am in need of the screws and chrome cups for the 71-2 doors that attach the inner and outer skins where the vent window goes in, can you buy those new or only find used? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Door screws needed
I haven't seen them new, but that doeesn't mean they aren't out there. These would be 72 specific. Someone should have a pair for you.

Re: Door screws needed
Thank you for the input I thought they were 72 only but didn't want to be out of line either way.lol I actually have 1 but figured if I'm buying new might as well get 2 and most people that would sell them most likely wouldn't sell just one.

Re: Door screws needed
I got a used set of the 72 vent screws and cups from teeitup not to long ago.
I did find a supplier for the screws; but never did find the cups; which you have got to have to keep the screw from pulling through. Check out Atheys Classic Trucks @ s-c-t-p.com in the clips/fasteners section. It lists (screws that go in door below vent window) @ .25cents each. I have not tried these as I got some from Randy used, but maybe someone else has and can give some input. Ron

Re: Door screws needed
All sounds great I'll wait to see if Randy has any and if not then work my way down the list of people who have them. I'm glad I started this thread as it seems like a lot of people are running around missing these.lol
