Really? Are you sure? There are a lot of them in the U.S. I can't imagine everyone here that is a deluxe has been built into a deluxe by a hot rodder.

there was a sedan made in 40 both std and deluxe, but it had 4 doors
there was a "Tudor" or a coach ,either std or deluxe that was built in 40 and it only had 2 doors.
back then you never had to put a number in frt for doors,=. It was either a coach,(2 doors) or a sedan,(4 doors)
somewhere in the mid 50s they started to call them 2 door sedans which still sounds weird to me,
using the proper vernacular

Ok, I see where you're going with it. It is a Tudor rather than a sedan in the 30's and 40's terminology.

well it did leave here last sat. I don't know whether they made it or not , haven't heard. they did have a tire on the trailer rubbing which was alttle low so I put some air in it. I doubt whether or not it solved the problem

We got home ok! And I just frickin erased by mistake all the pics I took of pulling the truck out of the hole it was in the last 15 years! darn it!
