Anyone one orders fenders from S.Ky Classics?

im getting ready to order a fender from Southern Kentucky Classics and was wondering if anyone has used one from them. Do they fit up good or are there problems? Where do they get there parts from as i would perfer Goodmark.

How much does truck frieght normally run on these things?

How bout the same questions for GMCPaul's?

Good Point!!! If we ran into any major issues with the Vendors they would likely be gone. That doesn't meant they don't make mistakes...it's just that they are straight shooters. JMHO

Im pretty sure they use Goodmark, but call them up and ask them. I've ordered from them before and they seemed to be really nice guys.

I think they make their own.. Alot of the stuff they have they have had it made for themselves. The fenders will fit better than most. They are nice quality.

Re: Anyone one orders fenders from S.Ky Classics?

I've bought a few items from Southern Kentucky Classics. Most recent was at the Nashville swapmeet where I picked up bumpers, brackets, and c-notches. Previously, I did buy some of their rockers, outer floor extensions, and kick panels, but have yet to install them. I would have to say they are of nice quality just by look and the "weight." Not flimsy at all. Not sure on the fitment yet. The guys there are very knowledgable and stand behind what they sell. I will do more business with them for sure. I dealt with Aaron and he was very helpful.

Re: Anyone one orders fenders from S.Ky Classics?

Yeah man, just give me our one of us here a call and we will tell you what you want to know, HONESTLY.

We do not get our fenders from Goodmark. We import them just like they do, BUT we have our own tooling on our 69-72 Chevy Truck fenders. They are better quality then some of the ones out there. We also carry the Tri-Plus fenders as well which are pretty good too for the 67 and 68 models.

Several of the parts that we carry are newly designed or re-tooled parts. For instance the door shells that we carry for the 67-71 door shells are 6lbs heavier than some of the other brands out there and fit really well.

I HAD A PRETTY GOOD IDEA WHAT YOU MEAN'T..IT WAS JUST ANOTHER FAILED ATTEMPT AT HUMOR. HONESTLY I'VE NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH ANY OF THE VENDORS FROM THIS BOARD THAT WAS UNPLEASURABLE IN ANY WAY. THEY OWN, BUILD & LOVE THESE OLD TRUCKS & ARE REALLY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THEM. I'VE SEEN SOME OF THESE GUYS AROUND FOR AN AWFUL LONG TIME, & ANY SMALL BUSINESS FAILS IF THEY HAVE AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BASE. I WOULDN'T WORRY AT ALL ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. JOHN
