Re: Project "Dirty D"
I have no new updates yet but I should soon have new parts from Porterbuilt to complete the frame and have a rolling chassie...and it's on after that!
Will keep the thread posted.

Re: Project "Dirty D"
Did you ever fix the rust above the windshield? I'm going through that problem now and I'd like to know how it went.

Re: Project "Dirty D"
Im still here...I been alittle tied up with building my house and planning my wedding, which is today. I'm waiting on Nathan to finish up my rear setup which is hopefully soon, so I can continue and have a complete rolling chassy. Nate is suppose to send pic's pretty soon, so I'll keep you posted as soon as he sends one.

Re: Project "Dirty D"
OK Im back and Yes its been a while. Nathan took some time to design/fab my rear canti-lever setup which took about 2-3 years but well worth the wait. I will start to do fabrication here soon.
Quick update since last post: -Married, little daughter, new garage just for me and my truck. I have made a few changes since my original plan that I have even considered changing my project name to "La Vejia" (The wifey in spanish) because she reminds me of my wife...Short, smooth curves, and likes to spend my money!

I love the build. That was one hell of a break you took. I'm very glad to see you're back at it.

Re: "La Veija"
Put the front together, then I got a sandblast project so I took everything apart to get it blasted while the equipment was out. Shaved all the unused holes on the chassis, what a PITA, about 12 hours on welding and grinding.
