71 C20 Super BB
I put up some pics from the build of my 71. Pics goes from the pic in the ad where I found the truck in November 2004 trough the import and restoration 2005-2008 to the finished truck in the spring of 2008. I did pretty much the work my self except for machine job on the engine and the paint job.

Thanks guys.
I paid $3500 for the truck and and it ended up to about the same for all the shipping and import costs. It was a really nice and rust free truck from the start. Gas is almost $7 a gallon but I don't drive it very much, only 1000 km in two years.

I haven't looked in to this thread for a while. Thanks for all your nice comments.
I know it isn't the most desireable model, it seems like most guys want C10 short beds. Over here it could sometimes even be an advantage over the C10's to have a C20. At a car show competition that I attended the speaker said, "Wow, look at this truck it even has the 8-bolt wheels" The truck just have 2000 km(1200 miles) on the odometer to this day since the complete restoration in the spring of 2008.

Very nice truck! I have had the C-10 shortbeds and I have had the C-20 workhorses. Personally I like the C-20s better. Right now I have a C-20 suburban and my dad has a C-10 suburban. Both are big blocks. Mine rides just as good as his and mine will haul alot more! I think you chose wisely getting a 3/4 ton big block Cheyenne.
