CPP Jeff

I just wanna say to anyone comparing aftermarket sources for performance brakes, suspension or steering, CPP is hands down top quality stuff. I visited CPP Jeff in Anaheim about a week ago and bought several thousand dollars worth of high quality products. Everything I brought home with me from the 2 in Modular drop spindles, tubular control arms, tubular motor purches, drop center crossmember to the rear shock relocator kit is good stuff. Everything is deburred, powder coated, nice attention to detail. And fitment is right on. Some good engineering went into these components! And let me say this about CPP Jeff, I showed up hurtin monday mornin after superbowl and Jeff helped me out, gave me some good pricing and got me down the road back to San Diego. I dont work at CPP. I never met any of these guys before. I didnt get anything for free. They are just good guys makin some good stuff! Thanks Jeff and Javier, I'll be back for future projects. Andy in San Diego.

Re: CPP Jeff

Andy,
Glad to see you are having some luck, all I can say is that Jeff has alot of work to do to repair CPP's image, ALOT of folks have been burned, frustrated, pissed with previous dealings with this company and maybe Jeff can turn it all around. I hope its not smoke being blown over us as we speak and its about getting CPP's more profit.

Good news travels fast and I hope thats all we will continue to here about CPP. I am crossing my fingers and will fall on my sword on the hopes that Jeff is what he is showing everyone in his posts that he is. If I get shafted again....Its on brotha.......

Re: CPP Jeff

I just had great dealings with Jeff as well, great prices, helpful, and easy to work with. Keep it up! I'll give him the first call next time I'm ordering parts.

Re: CPP Jeff

I just recently was looking at getting some stuff to do a dropk, and for the money. CPP was the best I could find. I had read on here good and bad and took a chance. Everything I got looks to be great quality and I am very happy with it, but I was pretty disappointed with service.

Everything came in within a few days (came in about 10 different boxes from a single product order) but I was missing the front sway bar kit. So I called them up after about a week after everything else showed up and they said it was backordered and it would go out that week. Another two weeks goes by and nothing. So I sat on the phone forever and finally got a guy that helped me and said he would make sure it went out that day. I asked if they could make it up by at least paying shipping for having me wait and have to call back for over a month...but I still had to pay shipping. And it still took 10 days from that phone call to get it. I was pretty disappointed.

So I feel I had to earn any savings I made by spending time calling and following up...and had to wait for over a month. Probably wouldn't be an issue if you lived close by, but I didn't have an option up here in MT. I will think twice about ordering again. They did send me a letter apologizing for my wait though, which I thought was pretty nice! But it still didn't pay for my shipping or my wait!
