4-sale 1987 Gmc
I am selling my 1987 Gmc Short Bed 2wd with a 5.7L & auto trans. Truck is in good shape. It has typical dents dings and scratches. Some minor rust on the cab corners. Surface rust on bed areas. Rear bumper could be replaced for chrome one..its straight but rusty. Has a brand new Extang platnium bed cover and a new stull billet grill. I also have a complete energy suspension bushing/master kit still in box ready to install. Truck has a Flowmaster Exhaust with one tip on each side exiting at a 45° angle behind each rear wheel. Gibson tips. (2) 17x8 torque thrusts on the front and (2) 17 x 10(?) torque thrusts on the rear...fornt tires need replaced but rears are great..rear size tires are Nitto 275/55/17 i think. I will double check it. Wheels are in perfect shape...like new almost. Motor is a 5.7 litre. Rebuilt a couple years ago but i am not sure how many miles ar eon the rebuild. Truck has around 145k +- miles. I am getting a code 42 on the motor and i cant seem to put a finger on it but if you have any knowledge of these motors i am sure you can fix it. Code 42 is Ets or engind timing system. It bogs down and hit a flat spot ever now and then> Besides that it runs like a bear. It has new brakes all the way around...new axel seals in the rear.. new wires,plugs. New distributor, PCV valve,IAC valve, Coolant temp sensor.

This is a nice truck if your looking for a rebuild into a show truck or if you want to drive it daily..frame is solid! First year motor with throttle body injection. I am looking for $3,500. I am in philladelphia Pa area. I am sure i left out some stuff so jjust hit me up and i will answer any questions..i will have pics on monday.
