how should i fix this or not

this is where my bumper mounts to. it looks like someone took a a torch to it an bent the front mounting holes. its not bad i may just leave it.

if the bumper will bolt on fine and align ok i wouldnt worry about it

Slip a crescent wrench onto the bent flange and tweak it straight and go on with your build.

you think i need a bigger washer for the bumper because the hole is pretty big

If the nut covers the hole I wouldnt worry about it, but if you want to use a lock washer then use a flat washer to cover the hole.
