Re: Body moldings

I restored mine for the Cheyenne but had to buy a re-pop piece of lower molding. I was skeptical at first but I compared it to an original and I could tell absolutely no difference.

Most of the molding comes off pretty easy. Just take a good look at it. For example, the lower (If I remember correctly) bed molding screws on the front and back and and uses adhesive tape in between.

Re: Body moldings

I've used LMC trim pieces, very satisfied with them as compared to original.

Re: Body moldings

I used the LMC upper and lower moldings and the tailgate moldings. The moldings were great the clips for the lowers were junk and I went to an auto body supply shop and bought the 2 sided tape (heavier than LMC's). The front upper fender clips are bolt on so I ordered 12 upper bed molding clips and they worked great. Now I don't have to pull the inner fenders to remove the trim. The trim looks good but the bottom molding clips they sent would not latch into the molding it just would turn and fall out.

We sell all Mar-K products but you can buy straight from them. We also sell Corvex like LMC and most other companies but Mar-K is superior.
