What do I need?? To get 4 3/4 lug pattern
I have a 73+ front disc suspension with a 5x5 bolt pattern and I need to get it to a 4 3/4 pattern. Im not sure what suspension parts will fit with what and I DONT want wheel adapters. Anybody know what I need to do?

Really the only way that is feasible is to get your front rotors redrilled as well as your back axles. then you can get rear drums for a van (mid-late seventies if i recall). It is the same drum part number as the '56 Bel Air front drums.

you can try car parts, but I don't know that they'll fit on a truck.
