tie rod problem
I would like to know where I could find a new or used tie rod for my 72 blazer. The reason I need a new one is a previous owner found a stump or rock and bent it bad. is it possoble to straighten it without creating more damage??

Re: tie rod problem
I straightened mine (former owner problem too) with a Prota Power and creative blocking to the front crossmember and axle. Make sure you measure the track width before so you can adjust it back in when the rod is straight.

Re: tie rod problem
They are hollow, so if its dented bad, you might be better off replacing it or making a new one.
