Wire diagram
I purchased a factory service manual and a factory overhaul manual on a DVD and it is great EXCEPT it has no wiring diagram!
I need to know the color coding and diagram for the whole 73 GMC Short Bed 4X4. Anyone have one on PDF or know where I can get one. Thanks in advance

It will end up with a nice strong 454 in the end. It has not been run for 20+ years Frame up restoration started2/15/2010 |

Re: Wire diagram
Autozone.com has wiring diagrams on their repair page. You might want to check it out, also you could try the search engine at the top of this page for what your looking for.
does this help? http://forum.73-87chevytrucks.com/sm...?topic=11766.0 Last edited by JR0187; 04-03-2010 at 12:19 PM. |

Re: Wire diagram
I did search and I did find those, thanks. They just don't print out well and are hard to follow for old tired eyes.
I will give autozone.com a try also. Thanks again.

Re: Wire diagram
Your welcome.
Yea, I see what you mean. The lines are a little on the thin side. The ones I got from autozone for my 87' printed pretty well so maybe the ones for your truck will look the same. Also I didn't mean to seem cocky when I suggested you try the search engine. Sometime things seem different than they should over the internet. Good luck. |

Re: Wire diagram
Thanks and not a problem I have a thick skin and understand that a person can't see or hear the tone of a conversation on the internet.
