Need Help On Wheel BackSpacing..
Hey guys,
Was just informed my company is going to be sending me to oregon for the weekend and most of next week.. Well, I am going to order my wheels next week and now wont beable to find out the backspacing. What I need is the perfect backspacing on 22x8.5s and 22x10s. Going to run a 5/7 drop. All im coming up with is 5.5" for the fronts and 5" for the rears.. How does that sound? I want the wheels to be as close to the outside as possible, I hate that sucked in look. Need this info ASAP any help is much appreciated.. |

Re: Need Help On Wheel BackSpacing..
Funny, I was just thinking the other day that we need a backspacing FAQ.
I think the front you are about right, in the back you might need a little more. Let me see if I can dig up the receipt for mine... they are only 20's but the widths are the same. |

Re: Need Help On Wheel BackSpacing..
Ya a backspace thread would be cool, have all the guys that ordered custom made wheels post up their specs. Would save alot of hassle for people in the future that our wanting to purchase custom made wheels. I took those backspacing measure ments off of the coys wheels that everyone and their mother has, seemed that those fit really well. But if you find your reciept that would be cool!
Thanks. |

Re: Need Help On Wheel BackSpacing..
Those sizes & back-spacing numbers should work well.

Re: Need Help On Wheel BackSpacing..
Those are the same numbers off the Coy wheels everyone uses.. like I said those seem to fit well and plus if I ever want to sell the 22s they would fit alot of different trucks..
