Help needed

Hello, I am currently overhauling the front end of my '72 pick up and I am having trouble installing the front coil springs. What is the easiest way to install these coils? The truck is a regular 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive. Thanks in advance for the help.

Re: Help needed

I always use an inside type coil spring compressor. Harbor Freight sells them for cheap or you can rent them at parts stores. Don't use the two piece outside style.

Re: Help needed

Read this thread as he advises how to do it without a coil spring compressor! Hope this helps!
