1926 Model A at Local Car Show

Had to share this with you Guys.
This thing actually DROVE IN!
Its like a "Wheres Waldo" of Design.
Just look at some of the intricate details hiding on this thing.

I'll give you one Hint, the Roof was made from the bed of a 60's Chevy Truck.

Nope.
That was it, (just the 2 posts here #1 & #2).

Looks like Post #2 was deleted.
I'll repost the remaining pics there......

I took 7 or 8 pics, but it was amazing to look at.
If you had closed your eyes when it drove in, it almost sounded like it was Blown!

Re: 1926 Model A at Local Car Show (Part 2)

PERSONALLY... I'M NOT A FAN OF THESE "RAT RODS". NOW I'M NOT A PURIST BY ANY MEANS & I DON'T MIND SEEING VEHICALS CHOPPED, CHANNELED OR SECTIONED. AS LONG AS THEY ARE IMPROVING IT I'VE JUST NEVER SEEN ONE THAT SHOWS OFF THE BUILDERS TALENT. (YES.. THERES A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HOT RODS & RAT RODS) EVERYONE I'VE EVER SEEN LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING A DRUNK 12 YEAR OLD KID BUILT. I'LL SURE BE GLAD WHEN THIS FAD IS OVER. I JUST HOPE THERES A FEW 75 YEAR OLD TRUCKS LEFT FOR THE GUYS WHO ACTUALLY RESTORE EM. (I HATED THOSE BAGGY JEANS TOO) JOHN

Re: 1926 Model A at Local Car Show

Here's one that drove into a show I attended in march and another last month, The shows were like 40 miles apart !

Had nothing but the seat springs to sit on and old screwdrivers for door hinge pins.....

I'm not sure either... maybe people get tired of seeing endless rows of mega-bucks perfection, and rat rods are about as far from that as you can get.
