vin decoding issue

i have looked in a few areas here regarding decoing vin numbers. i still have a problem making sense of mine. any help?

VIN number CE 334 Z 120239

what can you tell me about my truck?

dose the vin make sense?

E= v8
3= Gross Vehicle weight 6,600-14000 lbs (1 ton)
34= 1970-71 Fleetside
Z= Assembled in Fremont
1= Model year 1971
20239= 239th built?

you know how the las t 5 or 6 numbers tell you how many trucks were built before yours well what number is mine i looked at it forever and still cant tell my truck originally and is a 67 chevy 2wd the last numbers are 145297

I'm pretty sure badass cal nailed it on the GMC vin.
the 67 vin ending in 145297 would be #45297th chevy down that assembly line at that plant for that model year.

GMC... Chevy.. we're alll brothers/sisters here.. The only thing that confused me was the assembly line # started with a 2... whats up with that?
