Power to manual steering conversion
Would I just simply need the manual steering box for this conversion? How do the ratios compare?

You should just need the box, but the pitman arm may be different, so I'd grab a used box with it on. A manual box is a much larger ratio; maybe 18:1. I know I have to sit and spin my 70s steering wheel and used to with the 67 til I put quick ratio power steering in it.

Hmm, sounds like a possible crap my pants situation trying to correct it going sideways.. Boost might be worth it though

The manual box is shorter than the PS, so you will need a longer intermediate shaft.
