Gas tank relocation
Is this the kind of tank to get for a gas tank relocation? I have a 71 c10 SB stepside? How do you fasten it to the frame?

Re: Gas tank relocation
IMO your asking for trouble there, just because it will cost you to clean and seal that tank. If your on a tight budget, you might have to go that route, but experience has taught me that you will be much happier and better off to save your money and get what 1.) will really fit, 2.) what you want , and finally what will allow you to grow on your build.
David Boyd here on the forum has a nice tank, give him a call and ask if his tank will work on your truck ( I am confident it will) his is like 350.00 minus a 10% discount for us board dwellers. I wish I would have done that a while ago. I have cleaned mine twice, sent to rad shop for cleaning and sealed the same #. I probably got 300.00 plus in my tank, plus all the agrivation and sitting on the side of the road or parking lot.
