Need help with installing heat and ac duct's

I bought new heater and ac duct's for my truck. I'm not having any luck slipping them over their connections. Is there a trick or secret out there can make this easier.

Soapy water usually helps in situations like this.

Nope, just have to stretch them over. They are a tight fit.
