First classic truck

Hey guys I just bought my first truck ever. I had a 72 Porsche 914 and sold it for a 72 Chevy Cheyenne 350 V8. Does anyone have a good wiring diagram for the gauge panel assembly? Any tips on removing some surface rust? Thanks see you around!

Re: First classic truck

welcome to the board. CLR mixed with 4 parts warm water to 1 part CLR works well to get rid of surface rust. And there are several wiring diagrams on the FAQ section of this site.

Good ol CLR I'll give it whirl and tell you how it goes. I went to the FAQ section and searched wiring diagram but to no avail, not even 1 hit. Any tips on how I can search the section? Thanks!

If it's stubborn rust use a green scotchbrite pad.

If you click on the FAQ link above that is somewhat helpful. but if you click on forums, FAQ, and then use Krue's index thread there are several awesome FAQ's in there...
