A/C Control Vacuum Leak
On our '72, the AC, heater dash control is leaking vacuum in all switch positions, some positions worse than others. I disconnected all the hoses and found it is leaking at the switch body. Have an extra control, and the switch appears to leak on it too. Is this normal? Does anybody know if these are available new?
Thanks Don

Re: A/C Control Vacuum Leak
The control should not be leaking. Does your truck have a (3) port control or (2) port control? It should have the (2) port as in the diagram. If there is a (3) port control does it have all ports with a vacuum hose plugged to it?

Re: A/C Control Vacuum Leak
I have both a two port and a three port. The three port is in the truck now and all the ports are connected. I even unplugged the two out going ports with my finger and it still leaks.
