How to?
When changing from a 3 row rad to a 4 row you need to replace the upper and lower supports. Are the lowers welded or bolted in place?

Re: How to?
I believe mine were bolted into place with 5/16" bolts. 71 model chevy.

Re: How to?
Mine were riveted. I used little button head bolts to put the new ones in.

Re: How to?
I changed from a 3 row to a 4 row. I did not have to change the supports. I had to change the rubber supports. I had to cut them a little to get it to fit.

Re: How to?
Mine was riveted in. My original radiator was narrower than the new, so I had to move that lower support out to the wider position. Went from a 6 cylinder single row to a three row.
