It was an awesome show for sure and I'll definately be back next year.

"It" was the talk of the show aside from the two TX trucks parked on the corner.

yep Jared, I've never seen rims like those. were those steel, or cnc-ed? I like them, but think just a smooth disc would have looked sick as well.....

there was also a white 64-65 Nova there with color coordinated steelies. very niiiiice!

Tag said Custom Schott wheels. I looked them up and they have some pretty nice stuff.

Why wait till your truck is finished? I have attended the GG Ft Worth show for several years and don't own a pre-72 truck. Go now...

Can't say I'm a fan of those wheels after seeing the detail in the high res shots, but there was SOMEONE here (Can't remember who) who took Dodge 20" spares I think and welded plugs into the holes in the rims, ground them and had 20" smoothies and they looked great. I think he had them on an AD truck. Anyone else remember whose truck that was? It would kinda duplicate this look (better, in my opinion) and for a lot less money probably.

Anyone recognize what trucks these are? The first one looks like it might be a Studebaker...what year? I have no clue on the second one.

Lol... No we didn't win the Auto cross but we were having a lot of fun... The DSE camp is hard to beat! They live for it and make a living from it! Plus having an ex cup car driver behind the wheel helps too!! Lol... We will be headed out on Drag Week, then to Pocono, Texas and Scottsdale for Goodguys then to SEMA... So be sure to swing by if at any of those events!

Yeah!! I hated riding in and driving that truck because I wanna blow one of mine back apart and put the chassis under it.. Let me work on a "fourm special" and see what I can come up with...
