Re: Will tubular control arms leave my 67 lower infront when aired out?

Here is a shot of the rear right now. The front suspension is all emoved now but here is a before teardown shot. LCA on one side hit the ground to many times and replacing the bushings was not possible.

Any input on running just the lower tubular control arms and use the stock uppers?

It would be the equivalent of a 215-225/75 (approx 28" tall).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Well I made the order for Tubular control arms. Yes CPP makes them for bags too. Jeff, at CPP was a great help. He had lots of pointers that helped me make decisions. I got the modular drop spindles on order too. I cant wait to recieve everything and get started on the install. The kids will be cleaning and prepping the frame now that all the stock suspension parts are removed. He will have a week at least before everything arrives.
