Bag Diameter
I'm wondering if someone can explain the bag diameter difference is it for comfort or purpose, meaning more air means stiffer ride? or is diameter size referring to the coil diameter if my coils are 5" then should I buy 5" diameter bags thanks, Tony

Mainly the bag diameters are a reference for 'spring diameter' to identify spacial limitations & the capacity typically follows. The larger the diameter, typically = larger capacity @ a similar psi & the more area required for the install.
Some guys assume less air volume = better (softer) ride. It has been my experience that this is not linear. I ran 7" bags on the rear of my 68 swb but had to keep so little air psi @ my desired ride height that it was 'bouncy' like the shocks were doing all the work. A swap to smaller diameter bags (which required more psi to achieve the same height) made the ride much more acceptable.

I completely agree. My truck originally had 2500's in the front and 2600's in the back. Rode horrible to soft in the back and to stiff in the front. I swapped them front to back and dropped 30 psi in the front and added 20 psi to the back to achieve the same height. made a world off difference.
