Custom door and window cranks?

I did a tread and post search but didn't come up with anything. Anybody using aftermarket, custom or homemade window and door cranks(got pics?) ? I was driving home from work the other day and got to thinking about adding a little "flare" in the interior of my 71'. I saw in my new jegs that lokar is making some nice new pieces. I especially like the black and raw metal pieces they have, very old skool.

Re: Custom door and window cranks?

Yeah, those Lokar cranks are nice , but pretty spendy. I can't justify spending that much on my POS.

Talking Re: Custom door and window cranks?

I bought these years ago at a show. They work great.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Custom door and window cranks?

A friend of mine that is a machinist has a set of polished aluminum connecting rods for inside door handles. He milled out an adapter that fits the GM regulator and sized it for the rod and just have to tighten the rod bolts to adjust. They looked awesome but do not have a pic.

I got mine off of E-Bay about 8 Months ago, but wont put them on until I get her painted.
I believe I got a set of Billet Window Cranks/Door Levers for under $75.00.
If your interested, I can try and find out who the seller was.

OK...Nevermind. The Gods must have been smiling down upon me.
The guy I got them from, is "no longer a Regestered User".
In fact about 3 Months later, he went AWOL and started taking peoples money and not shipping the product.
I still may be able to get you the Manftr. or Part Number and you could do a search.

LMK...

Gotta go look in the Garage for them.

Most of the Handles below, come with "Splined Adapters" to fit almost ANY model.

These are NOT what I have, but what I came up with on a quick E-Bay Search:

Re: Custom door and window cranks?

Jegs has got there own set for 30 bucks so I might go that route. I don't want to do the polished and/or chrome look me and my truck are too rough and tumbly for that haha. Lokar's black or raw sets are awsome but 70 bucks is steeeeeeepppp.

Yea I think mine are Polished. I think I'm gonna sell em,
and get a set of Billet ones.
That way it will match my Brushed Aluminum Gauge Cluster and Glove Box, I've got going into it.
